Yan-Sen solid polycarbonate sheets are extruded from 100% virgin PC resin. Featuring a solid compact structure, they deliver 250× impact resistance of ordinary glass and 30× of acrylic. Co-extruded UV protective layer effectively prevents yellowing and aging outdoors with over 10-year service life. Clear sheets reach up to 88% light transmission. Stable from -40℃ to 120℃, with good thermal insulation, sound insulation and B1 fire retardancy. Half the weight of glass, easy to cut, drill and cold bend. Available in thickness 1–15mm and various colors. Widely applied for skylights, canopies, noise barriers, safety glazing, machine guards and architectural glazing.
